Nudgezilla: política de privacidad
Tu historial de uso se queda en tu dispositivo. No hay cuenta y no tenemos servidor propio: nunca recibimos tus sesiones, el uso de tus apps ni tus decisiones. La única excepción es la publicidad. La versión gratuita muestra anuncios de Google AdMob, así que para traer un anuncio el teléfono habla con Google, y Google recibe los datos técnicos limitados que se describen abajo. Nudgezilla Premium elimina la publicidad y, con ella, todo ese tráfico.
Qué procesa la app en tu dispositivo
Para las apps que eliges vigilar, y solo esas, Nudgezilla lee la información de uso que entrega Android (Acceso a datos de uso): el nombre del paquete de la app, cuándo empiezan y terminan las sesiones, cuánto duran, cuántas veces se abre la app y el orden en que cambias de una app a otra. También guarda tus propias decisiones, como las intenciones que declaras, las duraciones que eliges y las alternativas que aceptaste.
El resumen de «todo el teléfono» muestra tiempo y aperturas de cada app para hoy y los últimos siete días. Se lee en el momento, se mantiene solo en memoria y nunca se escribe en la base de datos de la app ni en las exportaciones.
Esta información de uso nunca se nos envía ni a nosotros ni a nadie. Nudgezilla nunca lee el contenido de la pantalla, mensajes, notificaciones, teclas, portapapeles, ubicación, contactos, fotos, cámara, micrófono, calendario ni datos de salud, y nunca usa el identificador de publicidad de Android.
Dónde se guarda
En una base de datos privada dentro del espacio aislado de la app en tu dispositivo. La copia de seguridad en la nube y la transferencia entre dispositivos están desactivadas para los archivos de la app. Los registros antiguos se borran periódicamente.
Qué sale de tu dispositivo
Dos cosas, y la primera solo en la versión gratuita.
- Publicidad (solo versión gratuita). Nudgezilla usa el SDK de Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Para pedir un anuncio, el SDK contacta a Google y envía los datos técnicos que Google necesita para mostrarlo y medirlo: la dirección IP del dispositivo (a partir de la cual se puede estimar una ubicación aproximada), información del dispositivo y de la app, incluidos diagnósticos de rendimiento, cómo interactúas con el anuncio y con la app, y un identificador por app o por dispositivo. Pedimos solo anuncios no personalizados, así que el identificador de publicidad de Android está desactivado y el anuncio no se elige a partir de un perfil de tu comportamiento. El tratamiento que Google hace de esos datos se describe en Privacidad y Condiciones de Google y en la Política de Privacidad de Google. Nudgezilla nunca envía tu historial de uso a Google ni a ningún otro lugar.
- Exportación (solo cuando la pides). La función Exportar entrega un archivo JSON al menú Compartir de Android. Va solo al destino que tú eliges.
Nada más sale del dispositivo. No hay SDK de analítica, ni reporte de fallos, ni servicio de IA. Con Premium no hay ninguna solicitud de anuncios.

Compras
Premium se vende como suscripción de Google Play. Google Play procesa el pago y solo le dice a la app si existe una suscripción activa; nunca vemos tu nombre, tarjeta ni datos de pago. El derecho de acceso se guarda en tu dispositivo y puedes restaurarlo desde la pantalla Premium.
Tu control
- Pausar el seguimiento cuando quieras.
- Borrar todo el historial, o reiniciar lo aprendido, desde la pantalla Tú.
- Exportar tus datos como un archivo legible.
- Dejar de vigilar una app para borrar sus registros.
- Pasar a Premium para quitar la publicidad y el tráfico de red que trae.
- Revocar cualquier permiso en los ajustes de Android.
- Desinstalar la app elimina todos sus datos.
Menores de edad
Nudgezilla no está dirigida a menores de 18 años y no recopila información de nadie a sabiendas.
Tus derechos
Como no guardamos datos tuyos, no tenemos nada que entregar, corregir ni borrar: eso lo controlas tú en la app. Si igual quieres ejercer tus derechos bajo la Ley 19.628 o, desde la Unión Europea o el Reino Unido, el RGPD, escríbenos.
Cambios
Si más adelante agregamos funciones que hagan salir más datos de tu dispositivo, como sincronización en la nube, actualizaremos esta política y la app antes de publicarlas, y cualquier función así se informará claramente.

Nudgezilla: privacy policy
Your usage history stays on your device. There is no account and we run no server of our own: we never receive your sessions, your app usage or your choices. The one exception is advertising. The free version shows ads through Google AdMob, so to fetch an ad the device talks to Google and Google receives the limited technical data described below. Nudgezilla Premium removes advertising entirely, and with it all of that traffic.
What the app processes on your device
For the apps you choose to watch, and only those, Nudgezilla reads usage information provided by Android (Usage Access): the app's package name, when sessions start and end, how long they last, how often the app is opened, and the order in which you switch between apps. It also stores your own choices, such as declared intentions, chosen durations and which alternatives you accepted.
The "whole phone" overview shows time and openings for every app for today and the last seven days. This is read live, kept in memory only, and never written to the app's database or to exports.
This usage information is never sent to us or to anyone else. Nudgezilla never reads screen contents, messages, notifications, keystrokes, clipboard, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, calendar or health data, and it never uses the Android advertising ID.
Where it is stored
In a private database inside the app's sandbox on your device. Cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for the app's files. Old records are deleted on a schedule.
What leaves your device
Two things, and the first only in the free version.
- Advertising (free version only). Nudgezilla uses the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK. To request an ad the SDK contacts Google and sends the technical data Google needs to serve and measure one: your device's IP address (from which an approximate location can be estimated), device and app information including performance diagnostics, how you interact with the ad and the app, and a per-app or per-device identifier. We ask for non-personalized ads only, so the Android advertising ID is disabled and the ad is not selected from a profile of your behaviour. Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy & Terms and the Google Privacy Policy. Nudgezilla itself never sends your usage history to Google or anywhere else.
- Export (only when you ask). The Export function hands a JSON file to the Android share sheet. It goes only to the destination you choose.
Nothing else leaves the device. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter and no AI service. With Premium there are no ad requests at all.

Purchases
Premium is sold as a Google Play subscription. Google Play processes the payment and tells the app only whether an active subscription exists; we never see your name, card or payment details. The entitlement is stored on your device, and you can restore it from the Premium screen.
Your controls
- Pause tracking at any time.
- Delete all history, or reset learned behaviour, from the You screen.
- Export your data as a readable file.
- Stop watching an app to delete its records.
- Upgrade to Premium to remove advertising and the network traffic that comes with it.
- Revoke any permission in Android settings.
- Uninstalling the app removes all of its data.
Children
Nudgezilla is not directed to children under 18 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to hand over, correct or delete: you control all of it in the app. If you still want to exercise your rights under Chilean Law 19.628 or, from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR, email us.
Changes
If we later add features that involve more data leaving your device, such as cloud sync, we will update this policy and the app before they are released, and any such feature will be clearly disclosed.
